What To Expect
Visiting a church can be intimidating. What do I wear? How do they worship? Will I feel welcome? We make every effort to show the grace and love of Jesus to all, whether a one time visitor or a long time attendee.
As part of the Calvary Chapel fellowship of churches, we place a strong emphasis on teaching the entire Bible, continuing weekly through each Chapter. and applying these truths to our individual lives. This way, as the apostle Paul wrote in Scripture, “we declare the full counsel of God”.
Everyone is welcome at Calvary Chapel of the Niagara Frontier. You will find a diverse group of people who love Jesus. During our Sunday morning service, there are age-appropriate classes for the children/teens and a nursery for infants and toddlers, as well as a private nursing mothers room with a closed circuit TV broadcast of our live worship service.
We start our services with live worship of both contemporary and traditional songs, generally lasting 20 – 25 minutes. After a few minutes of greeting and general announcements, our pastor teaches a practical and life-applicable message for approximately 45 minutes. After a closing song, the pastors and elders are available in the front of the sanctuary for those who would like prayer. Occasionally we have special musicians, speakers or programs.
After services, many people gather for coffee and snacks in our fellowship hall. Our own Cafe Bel’Amore will soon be opening, serving specialty coffees and gourmet goodies.
